Technical Requirements

• Make / Model: Toyota Land Cruiser 200 (or equivalent in body type and configuration)

• Year of Manufacture: 2011 or newer

• Fuel Type: Petrol

• Transmission: Automatic or Manual

• Technical Condition: The vehicle must be in full working order, free from hidden defects, fully serviced, and ready for operation.

• Legal Status: The vehicle must be free of any restrictions, liens, pledges, arrests, encumbrances, or third-party rights. The seller must provide a complete set of documents confirming ownership and the absence of any encumbrances.

• Exterior / Completeness: Normal wear and tear acceptable, with no major body or interior damage. A full set of documents and a service book (if available) are preferred.

Financial Parameters

• Indicative Price: 17,000,000 KZT

Proposals both matching this price and alternative offers with a justified cost breakdown will be considered.

Required Documents

1. Copy of passport or organizational registration documents (for legal entities) — confirming identity and signing authority.

2. Copies of registration documents and the vehicle’s technical passport (if available).

3. A detailed commercial proposal specifying the vehicle’s price, condition, mileage, year of manufacture, chassis/VIN number, and seller’s contact details.

4. Scanned certificates confirming the absence of encumbrances (if available) or a written declaration from the seller confirming the vehicle’s legal status.

5. Contact information and a suggested time for vehicle inspection (if applicable).

WWF Central Asia reserves the right to:

• Reject proposals that do not meet the stated requirements;

• Decline all received offers if none satisfy the organization’s needs.

All costs associated with the vehicle transfer (documentation, transportation, etc.) will be discussed separately and specified in the final purchase agreement.
